I saw your advertisement in a magazine.

There are some other place that we have seen already but I am very interested in your place.

I plan to go there with my wife in late march and stay over a week but I am not sure how long we will stay yet.

There are a few questions that I would like to ask before making a booking .

Do you have an Internet network? I need it because I have to check my email.

You said that breakfast is served. Is it included in the cost of staying a night or It require additional cost?

I have noticed that there is a mountain near the house. Since we love hiking, we would like to climb the mountain, if it is not too high. Could you give us more information about the mountain. Is there any great tour spots near the house? We would like to visit some of the beautiful places nearby.

As it seems that we will have tenth wedding anniversary there, we would like spend a great time. Can you recommend us a nice restaurant?

For the last time, can you give me a discount if we stay there over a week?
